VetDeck ("we," "our," or "us") is a veterinary clinical reference application developed by Dawes Design and Application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and password used to create and authenticate your clinic account.
• Clinic Data: Clinic name and team member associations you create within the app.
• Clinical Records: Vaccine lot numbers and expiration dates, IDEXX clip inventory counts, and controlled drug NDC records entered by your clinic team.
• Usage Data: Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) retained by our infrastructure provider.

We do not collect personal patient data, payment information, or device location.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session across devices.
• To store and sync clinic inventory and vaccine records across your team in real time.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated clinic members only via row-level security policies.

Data Retention

Clinic data is retained for the life of your active clinic account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Database and authentication hosting. Privacy Policy
• openFDA API — Used in the INSPECT module to search the public FDA NDC drug database. No personal data is sent to this service.

Children's Privacy

VetDeck is intended for licensed veterinary professionals. It is not directed at or designed for use by children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
